I like how I am kept informed about upcoming visits. The technician is friendly and explains everything that he is doing. He also let's me know what to expect after treatment is done.

The technician communicated by phone when he was coming and rang the doorbell when he arrived. Very polite. He offered to come back whenever I had any issues arrive.

Rich is always very professional. He always makes the time to talk to me and ask how my daughter is. He knows she has a complex medical condition. If I need pest treatment before the scheduled time he is here within a few days. I highly recommend terminex and Rich
