The tech that came out came out on a very timely manner, early even! He explained what he was doing and how everything worked. So far the products used to control mosquitoes have been working just like promised.
Richie arrived for our annual structure inspection on the scheduled date as soon as local traffic conditions allowed, and was very efficient in commencing a detailed under-house and subsequent detached garage inspection. He was very respectful while proudly presenting multiple pest control service options without being overly "pushy".
One thing that I especially appreciated was how he was professionally complementary WRT the senior Terminix technician (Rich) who would be performing the upcoming termite bait trap inspections.
Overall, I remain pleased with the service that's been provided by our local Terminix office, and will gladly continue using them for our termite protection services for the foreseeable future.

During the quarterly pest control visit this time, my annual termite protection was also due to be updated.
As always Ed texted me when he arrived, let me know what his plan was and if that worked with my schedule. He then executed his plan.
He started with the exterior termite refresh, inspecting the homes crawl space to make sure all was well. Additionally, while circumventing the home he knocked down any cobwebs and performed the exterior spray for pests.
He then knocked on the door to perform the interior spray around the windows doors and bathroom areas of the home.
I could not be happier with the service that Ed and Terminix provides!
