My technician. I’ve been with this company for 30 years and have had many technicians over the years and Ritchie is by far the best. He is very friendly and personable and does a great job. I never have to worry about my gate being closed and locked (for my dogs) and if I have a problem he’s right there. It’s always a plus when you see a familiar face.

Doug always calls to tell me he’s coming and ask if I’ve had any bug sittings.
Your termite guy, however showed up unannounced, stood sideways so I couldn’t see the logo on his shirt, didn’t identify himself and mumbled why he was here. I had to ask him to repeat himself twice, then he turned so I caught sight of the Terminix logo and asked him if he was here to look at the traps.
In my opinion, Doug keeps you in business.

Since STEPHEN has been treating our home bugs are almost nonexistent. We may see a dead one a couple of times a year but that’s it. Plus STEPHEN is a super young man. That’s always accommodating when we need something. When I call the office everyone there is always very courteous and helpful.
I don’t know but One member of your staff, Well and that is Stephen. He is the reason I signed-up with Terminix in the first place because at our first meeting he was personable, knowledgeable and interested in helping me.

I love everything about your services! First and foremost, our technician Nathaniel Lowry is very caring, flexible, friendly, helpful, honest, kind , knowledgeable, nice, polite, professional and respectful! Nathaniel is just a really great man and we are very grateful to have him as our technician! He’s someone that we can depend on! He’s always upfront with us and we never have to question what he tells us as far as whatever he’s doing with our property! Whether it’s our concerning our quarterly pest control service, our dehumidifier maintenance or our termite inspection service! And on top of all of that greatness, HE IS OUR BROTHER IN CHRIST AND WE ARE BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO KNOW HIM!!! Terminix is a top notch company and if we ever have any issues, concerns or problems; they are always there for us! All we have to do is call them! Even the office personnel are just really caring, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and respectful people! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!
