He explained his actions and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The proficiency in which he answered all of my questions was fantastic and he responded in a way that I understood with clarity. I never know who's coming out beforehand but, can say that I've never been disappointed or unsatisfied with the services performed by your company's personnel. Nathaniel is always on time, very happy and pleasant and always does a thorough job with monthly checks on rodent boxes. He also does our spray/pest service and we are very pleased with the way he does everything! He calls me every month to check appointment times and reminds me if there are any outstanding charges on our account that need paid. Please keep Nathaniel on our route, he is the best and we have noticed way less bugs since he has taken over. Living out here in the woods requires attention to detail and Nathaniel puts in the extra effort. Much appreciated!
