Variety of group ex classes
Everything! i like the classes, the staff and the facility.
I exclusively use the two workout rooms. I haven't participated in any activities or programs.
I like the yoga classes and eGym.
Great gym, lovely people always helpful
Aquatics, lifeguards, instructors, and staff
Friendly staff, varied activities, offered throughout the day
An intimate and friendly atmosphere with acceptable equipment and appropriate staff.
Good service
The teachers are wonderful- exceedingly patient and good with working with the kids.
please provide towel at pool for all location, also some location do not have indoor pool. which we wished to have in all location.
I enjoyed the Aquafit class during my trial week. However, I decided not to join at this time. Parking is very difficult and , while the distance from my house is jot too far, I realized that with school traffic during most of the year, it will just be stressful to get there and find someplace to park in time for class.
Would like to see a couple of changes to the group exercise program
1. Restore the Thursday 6:45am core exercise. Alternatively, shorten the Tuesday 6:05AM cycling to 30 mins and add a core class immediately following that.
2. Replace one of the morning 6:05AM weekday cycling classes with bodypump.
3. Add sliders based and mini band resistance training exercises to the bootcamp classes.
Workout room tends to be crowded. In the longer term, it would be nice to have a larger building replace the workout room.
Like all the zumba, Bollywood, senior fitness.
I wish you move beginner pickleball on Tuesday to 10AM.
Therapeutic Yoga & Senior Firness fall at the same time. If we could go to both, if at diff timings.
I like that there is a lot of outdoor workout space and lots of natural light. And the kids club staff are wonderful
I like the e-gym. Used to go to group fitness but got too crowded. Might try again now that you need to register.
The teacher tracks the progress and give lot of attention to all the kids.
I provided a score of "9" because I have already recommended the Y to many people (and former Y members) but, as discussed with Corporate and Kim at Southwest, the monthly fee cannot be justified for people who are interested in only a couple classes and at certain times. Instead they are either getting fees paid by AARP or they are paying $50 per month at other fitness facilities.
I usually go to the Northwest Y but I do enjoy the Glitz Dance class offered only at Southwest so I travel to this location just for this class.
it is my observation that the Southwest facility is very well run. I am still trying to get used to the required class registration process put in place in July but I understand why it is needed when the rooms are of limited size.
Variety. Love the pool
I like the variety of group exercises offered. It keeps me from getting bored from doing the same work outs over and over.
The swimming activity and the Shotokan Karate mostly at this facility.
Convenient location, great classes and I love the Egym.
The pool is nice and the people are very nice and friendly.
I just go there for a physical training session. Friendly staff.
All the friendly faces and attitudes make it inviting
I think the facility is less crowded, which is better than other facilities in the area
Cardio room and weight room.
I like that there are a variety of programs offered at different times for all ages.
Great stuff and facilities!

Aqua fitness instructors Theresa and Kelly are AWESOME. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Need more Aqua Fitness classes hate sign in process..
