Swimming lessons
I think your programs are of great benefit to the local communities even though I do not make use of them. I come to the YMCA to use the gym facilities and the pool. The staff is wonderful at the Southwest YMCA, and I love the atmosphere there.
We like the program very much. It’s totally worth the money. The coach is nice and patient.
I mostly just use the weight room and treadmills oh and stretch room too.

the variety, quality of classes and instructors are great. I love that all the yoga teachers have many years of experience and offer alternative poses for all to be included. Sophia at the front desk has been so helpful, and I appreciate seeing regular cleaning happening so I feel good being there.

When I first walked in, I was confused by the layout. Someone at the front desk noticed and immediately gave me a tour! It was a welcoming experience and had all cardio and strength training machines I enjoy using.
The teachers are excellent. We have seemed immense improvement in our daughter’s aquatic abilities after she is consistently being taught by Ms. Teresa. The only area I think of for improvement is the registration process. It shouldn’t take place at midnight but at a more reasonable time like noon so parents don’t have to sleep less just to be able to register their kids for swim class because the classes don’t go live at midnight but at a later arbitrary time.

The instructors, Sarah Dean and Laura Leafstrand! They are the best! I love the atmosphere of community and fun they bring to their classes. It makes my Y experience coming back for more. Give these women a raise!

The staff is great. Giving it a 9 due to the staff. If I were to score on the pool temperature alone it would be a 6 or 7. The pool has been consistently cool. Because it has been a cool summer with the roof and windows open it appears that the water remains cooler than it should. The temperature is on the cold side and I am not the only one that complains about it being cold. The water certainly isn't 85 degrees. Additional water aerobics classes would be fantastic as the morning is often crowded
Hello, I feel this summer's swimming instructors are very committed to teach. Both of my kids have improved a lot.

I am always confident it will be led by a qualified individual who promotes the Y core values. I always feel welcome and comfortable.
I love the Glitz dance class with Sara. The class always energizes me and lifts my spirits. The negative aspect is that the class is so popular, it's sometimes hard to get in, especially if I forget to sign up for the class way, way, way ahead of time!
Parking can be a problem for the mid-morning classes. The Y has become too popular!
If there is any possibility in the future, perhaps the old classroom wings can be removed and replaced with a facility that houses a gym. I enjoy the gyms at the Central Y and El Camino Y.
There is a wide variety of activities for all capability levels.
Variety
