I really enjoy the classes that are offered. The instructors are very energetic and positive which make the classes a fun way to get a workout in. I really enjoy the HIIT classes and barre along with other classes as well. The members are also friendly and respectful towards one another.
The swim program is very well organized. One quick feedback: It will be great if the evaluation sheet given at the end of the last session is brought in to the tables at the beginning of the session. Some of us have another class to attend immediately after the swim clas and hence will not be able to pick up the evaluation after class. Would really appreciate if this can be incorporated. Thanks!

I love the Les Mills classes, the instructors have good energy, the equipment is good order, the southwest is very clean. And Sophia at Southwest is such a wonderful person. She’s extremely helpful and friendly from day one when I walked through the door.
We have enjoyed the indoor pool and kids’ swim lessons and swim team. Front desk staffs have been helpful. We haven’t had a chance to try other programs/facilities.
Temperature controlled indoor pool is great for helping students focus on learning instead of feeling too cold to do anything. Instructors make the swim classes fun and engaging. My son enjoyed the swim classes from stage 1/2 and is enjoying the swim team now. YMCA swim program made swimming fun. Thank you.

Combat and core. Pop Pilates,too! Autumn teaches everything harder and it’s exactly what we want😎
Dedicated instructions who are very good. Its a great motivator to work out with others.
The staff
Great friendly staff, good mix of equipment and activities.
Everything is fine,except the water temperature is little bit lower, we feel little bit cooler than other pool.

I have been a member for almost 30 years. I don't go to many classes, but enjoy the pool now that I have recovered from knee surgery.
Love the pool and tai chi class
This was our first experience taking swim lessons at the YMCA. I’m incredibly satisfied and impressed with the swim program at the Southwest location.
The facility is clean and sanitary; bathrooms and showers are easily accessible. I love how the pool is located indoors and room temperature is kept warm. I had a brief conversation with the director of the swim program, and he was very kind, friendly, and helpful.
What really made this experience outstanding was our swim instructor—Teacher Laleh. She was awesome. Laleh is so good with kids! She chats with the children, helps them feel comfortable in the water, provides lots of encouragement, and positive coaching. Her instructions are super clear, and she makes sure the children understand how to practice the skills correctly. Laleh really helped my kids gain confidence in the water. We were so blessed to have her for our first-ever swim lessons!
We also worked with another instructor (Teacher Diana) during our 8 sessions; Diana was kind, patient, and gentle with the kids! We also really enjoyed having her as a teacher.
Basically, this program is legit: quality instruction, great teachers, skills taught are impressive, and super competitive pricing. I’ve already signed up my kids for a second session! Thank you, YMCA! Keep up the excellent work.
