The Southwest YMCA and the staff are exceptional. I would recommend the YMCA and the staff to anybody. If there is a down side, it is the pool lanes are very crowded.

I love the beginner pickleball time. I have just decided to/arranged to sign up for various exercises groups so I will be in there at least 4 or more times per week including the 2 pickleball days.
There was a hiatus in circuit eTraining because I am having some left shoulder problems that make it difficult to push weights upwards on that side, but am working on that little by little.
I'm grateful to be able to utilize the Y virtually as often as I want to. Thanks!
I like the friendly, family atmosphere, the fact that included in my membership is access to classes. I also so appreciate the 'e-machines' for resistance training, and having some of the equipment available outside, especially during epidemics. I'm also hoping that the promise of Pickleball will materialize and give me even one more reason for going to my favorite workout place!

I like that there is equipment outside since I'm still uncomfortable about being indoors with strangers and this way, I get to workout without wearing a mask!
