Pilates bodyrolling body flow

All teachers all welcoming front desk people all helpers are super courteous kind . I feel so welcomed and brings me out of isolation of just going to work out into a warm inviting community. What a pleasure!. The YMCAs are wonderfully sparkling clean!! The windows are clean!!.
I feel so lucky to be able to to go and always look forward to going to all of the YMCAs!

I only use the "instructional" pool; I appreciate the early morning hours that it is available.

Water aerobics morning class.
Leo's help and encouragement in weight room.

There is a full schedule of group exercises every day. The gym has a full complement of machines and free weights. My kids love the gym for playing basketball.

I enjoy the exercise classes. Most of the teachers are very nice and ask if the music is at a good sound level.
