What do you like about our [en]programs and activities[/en][es]programa y actividades[/es]?

A wide variety of options are available, for a wide range of age groups and interests. I do want to request to bring back towel racks inside the locker room. It was a positive change and disappointed to it go away back to the old way.

Exercise classes are very good - I am an older adult and very pleased. Good teachers (Randi, Cheryl, Jack). Easy and pleasant to make friends in these classes.

The Y has access to a range of cardio and weight machines, especially in the evening. I rarely have to wait to get my daily workout done. I especially appreciate the later hours.

YMCA is a warm and inviting and inclusive place and our family loves to be there and we always have a wonderful time as a family!

Lots of options at different times; very convenient- not a serious sign-up regime (just sign in 30 mins in advance)

Great place to do routine exercises and meet people. It would be great to install some EV chargers for members.

Ehanced fitness is very important for us seniors but we need a bigger room on Tuesday and Thursday!

The enhanced fitness program is an amazing program and directed for seniors. Unfortunately non-seniors and New seniors joining after the first of the year are resulting in long-term senior members of the class being turned away frequently because of the fire departments room I keep
