All the people working there are very professional and willing to help when needed.
They have substantial knowledge on how to use the exercise machines. Believe me. Some of new machines are more difficult than drive a car on busy freeways.

I just joined qnd I love all of the range of daily classes and the instructors are all awesome. Really well done at the Southwest SV! Only facility I think might need a little repair is the free weight section of the weight room . Looks a little old and rickety.

I like the family oriented and down-to-earth atmosphere at the facility. I also appreciate the gym, as well as all the variety of activities available, including for children.

Can you add pilates classses?
Would love to have yoga or pilates classes in early morning.
I enjoy swimming laps and then going to sit in the sauna to wind down/relax BUT I am amazed by how inconsiderate some people are when using the sauna
- one person brings a radio to listen to while in the sauna but does not use earplugs so everyone else has to listen to his sports program
- some people enter the sauna fully clothed (maybe basketball players) to warm up so are actively doing their stretching exercises
- some people use the sauna as a gym and show off
- some people like to lie down and occupy a whole bench
- one person brings lots of paper towels into the sauna to dry off the sweat from his body
Why can't people just sit quietly in the sauna

All of the group classes I’ve taken have been great, with good instructors. Instructors and participants are all friendly. The folks at the front desk are friendly. I like the variety of classes offered, in particular Body Pump, Core, Body Combat, Body Balance, Vinyasa Yoga, and Zumba.
My spouse also likes pool and Stretch & Balance, Body Balance, & pickleball.

We love the swim classes and instructors, also the atmosphere at check in. Everyone is so friendly at the front desk.
I think it’s a very clean gym! Friendly and they have everything you need only thing I would recommend it’s another stair climber since there’s only one and I have seen people wanted to use it while someone else is using it at the Palo Alto family YMCA
