generally a good selection of classes though it would be great if you could find a good class to fill the 5 pm slot on Thurs (it used to be Step). Seems a pity to let such a prime timeslot go to waste.

I love the aqua aerobics classes and how warm the small pool is. Also appreciate the hot tub and sauna
I love my dream team at Ross Rd YMCA.They are Delicio, Vernice, Nate, Jasmine, Liam, Teddy and Chris. I have been a member for close to 25 years. At the Ross Rd location. I have started paying full price for my son back when I was working. After COVID because I am disabled, I now get financial aid. I consider them friends and not as employees. They have gone over board to help me. Being disabled and homeless I depend on a Jackery as my power source. They allow me to charge it there, any help I've needed, they are always there to lend a hand. I have referred and I will only refer people to the Ross Rd location. I want to thank them all for everything.
I like that the pool is available for laps during the morning time.

great program, wonderful caring instructors, nice practicing setup, kiddo loves swimming!
The EGYM is fantastic! after 2.5 years of regular use at 67 I feel strong in my entire body. I love that it is so easy to use - i never used weights before because it was so fiddly to adjust every time on machines.
Also, I appreciate that the Egym is a circuit and that people are instructed not to jump the line directly in front of the rotating group when it's crowded. Thank you for making that clear.
I would like to see a meditation or restorative yoga class in the evening during the week. M-Th
Also, it would be nice if there was some community space for people meeting and talking. during this time of upheaval, we need to be able to socialize and talk about what's happening, and support each other.
I like the friendly atmosphere, especially the staff who are always willing to go the extra mile:))
It's fun to walk in and do my stuff to stay in shape.

The pool is indoors. It’s on a bike street.
The swim lessons don’t get cancelled and the swim instructors are good. Also the length of the lesson is right
