I especially enjoy the Zumba classes taught by Younhee S and Zumba Gold with Elena K.
Larry H does a spectacular job of combining many fitness exercises.
I also enjoy the Life Fitness bike in the gym.
We really like the Senior Fitness Classes. We will try other classes in the future when time allows.
I usually come for the swim. I find the pool and showers well maintained. So are the saunas. I feel this branch use lesser chlorine compared some other Ys which I like
Great infraestructure and super open, kind and professional team!
Please extend the opening hours.
Pickleball and egym.
I wish there were more dedicated Pickleball hours
Love the swim classes for kids -- the teachers are consistent and kind, love that I can swim while my daughter is taking lessons (it's the only way I get exercise!)

I liked the e-gym.
I like classes, pool
Wonderful staff. Wonderful clean, warm towels. Nice exercise amenities. Wish there were more gentle movement classes for seniors!
The YMCA is a very friendly place. I mostly do water aerobics. Corinna is my favorite teacher. The classes are fun and everyone is so supportive.
Wonderful variety, great instructors.
Very well organized, professional staff and clean
The variety and appeal to all age and fitness levels. The staff is uniformly helpful and friendly. Providing small equipment is helpful, like towels, yoga mats, barbells etc in case I forgot mine.
Swim
Love the friendly atmosphere. I swim, do Aquafit and Senior Fitness. All are very organized and fun.
Actually, I don't use any of your programs and activities - they don't meet my needs or my schedule. I use the pool 3-4x a week and I appreciate the early morning hours it is avaialble, but I don't participate in the swim classes/ activities becuase they are too late in the day. For me, the YMCA is just the venue where I can swim laps. I don't know any of the lifeguards even though I have been coming for years several times a week. None of them have bothered to learn my name, even though I come at the same predicatable times and there are only 6-10 other swimmers in the pool when I am . They are not interesetd in getting to know the swimmers
is the Best I like everything
I walk there and then if someone welcomes me by name (I know they read it as I check in but it still feels nice).
generally a good selection of classes though it would be great if you could find a good class to fill the 5 pm slot on Thurs (it used to be Step). Seems a pity to let such a prime timeslot go to waste.
Variety & diversity of classes
Meeting new friends.. Friendship.. Water arobics is GREAT..
The variety of equipment and the availability of the facilities for exercising.
like to have more pilates, taichi, yoga group classes
I enjoy swimming in the morning 3-4 times a week. I especially seeing the friends I know and visiting with them...
The life guards over the years who are friendly and talk to us and joke around.
Miss the social events we used to have at the Y, a few times a year.
Thank you

I love the aqua aerobics classes and how warm the small pool is. Also appreciate the hot tub and sauna
I love my dream team at Ross Rd YMCA.They are Delicio, Vernice, Nate, Jasmine, Liam, Teddy and Chris. I have been a member for close to 25 years. At the Ross Rd location. I have started paying full price for my son back when I was working. After COVID because I am disabled, I now get financial aid. I consider them friends and not as employees. They have gone over board to help me. Being disabled and homeless I depend on a Jackery as my power source. They allow me to charge it there, any help I've needed, they are always there to lend a hand. I have referred and I will only refer people to the Ross Rd location. I want to thank them all for everything.
I like that the pool is available for laps during the morning time.

Love Sue’s T/Thu body pump class at 4-5p!’
