Love the aquatics program! My two kids have been taking swim lessons at the Palo Alto YMCA for several years. The teachers are great (specifically Ms. Carol and Heather). The rest of the aquatics staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't use any programs or activities. I use the fitness center and I like the proximity of the club and the facilities
I like that there is an indoor swimming pool so I can stay out of the sun. I like the e-gym so I don’t need to pay attention to weight machine settings. And I like that there is a wide variety of classes.

Small and close to us.
I have been a family member since 1997. The Family Y has been an integral part of our family activities since my daughters were young children. When they were in high school and college we worked out together in Body Pump and Cycling classes, and used the Bank center. Now, as an older adult, I use the lap pools frequently.
The Family Y is a wonderful asset to our community. I love the instructors, and am so pleased to see that there are new, well-trained lifeguards for the pools.
I know it has been a long road to "rebuild" after COVID, and hats off to you all.

I primarily use the warm swimming pool, not in a class but doing my independent exercise activities. I really like that there is this “free swim” time in the morning. It gets my day started in the best way.
Occasional I use a treadmill but that is not my primary activity. Many thanks.
