The Aqua Fitness classes drew me in because my Doctor said I needed more low-impact exercises to heal my tendinitis problems. While I began aqua fitness I explored through the MANY free classes and found out the wonder that is foam rolling, feldenkreis, and Brain Fitness! I became a part of the community and felt like I was honestly welcomed, safe to be who I am and really belonged.

Great variety of classes with very good instructors... It's a great facility for families - the Y basketball program is well done - It's great to have such a nice gym, multiple exercise studios, the view of the park while on an exercise bike and good hours.
Family friendly, convenient and reasonably priced especially given this is the Bay Area. My one wish would be for you to be open later hours on the weekend.
The YMCA is a family centric place. We enjoy that they have activities for the whole family that promote healthy living styles.

Aqua fitness with Patti is amazing. Some thing for every age and condition. I have a much needed discount for monthly membership due to my financial constraints.
I appreciate the number of aqua classes although I am concerned that the Y will be able to continue with the robust program given the turnover of instructors.

My husband and I enjoy Enhance Fitness and visit the Wellness Center weekly. We also enjoy Fit and Flexible.

Lots of classes
There are classes for all levels with very good instructors. I do not like machines & instructors motivate me to keep working.
Great classes and a wonderful, healthy atmosphere. I also like the opportunity to bring guests (even though I haven’t yet persuaded any of my friends to join).

Great facility, clean and well kept. We attended a pool party a month or 2 ago and it was great for the kids!
Friendly staff and workout environment. Some equipment need to be updated or serviced more frequently (stair mill, stationary bike, and cross trainer), otherwise will give a ten.
I love the pool! And I take the aquatics for arthritis class three times a week. It helps my knees! The social life is great everybody is really kind and lots of fun. And the instructor is super and that’s Patti Miller. And the lifeguards are really great, too
