More pool time for lap swimmers and a wind screen to block wind off pool. The gym, activities, great.
I recommend you often specifically for the highly experienced and skilled practitioners such as Elaine Sang and Madeleine Ballantyne. They have done me more good than any physical therapist (and I have been helped by physical therapists. By contrast, I have sustained injuries working with less well trained and experienced trainers at other gyms.
I also commend you for not pressuring members to buy additional services. Pressure pushes people to stay away, then to drop membership altogether when they realize they are not going.
I also recommend you for for the well maintained space with lots of daylight and expanses of windows. This is healthy and inviting, and encourages use of the facilities, which encourages continued membership.

I like to be able to work out pretty much whenever i like but also have classes if I want them. People are friendly and helpful, but I don't have to talk to them when I don't feel like it.
