Love the classes and gym! But appreciate I can use the pool and families have child care, seniors have special need classes, youth have camps and sports and the staff are so great at welcoming people and providing resources for health and wellness.

I feel welcome whenever I come and most of the time I have the machines that I'm using and I'm nit sure if this is because of covid that there are less people. In general I like the place and I can chose to go to any of the Y in the area.

Most teachers are to the top engage and passionate, polite and caring. Classes for all levels.
For myself I just use 10 machines and the Treadmill in the workout room. I try to go daily when the Y opens in the morning. I use the workout machines every other day for 1/2 hour and the treadmill daily for 1/2 hour.
But l am aware that the Y offers lots of other good programs and would recommend that one work with the Y staff to develop an appropriate routine.

The Y has excellent instructors and staff, a nice variety of classes, and a large open wellness floor. I also appreciate the room dedicated to stretching, an underappreciated element of wellness.
I love the welcoming environment and being around others who value a healthy lifestyle.

Overall, just a friendly environment all around. I think it begins with the leadership at the top (Renee, the Executive Director) 👍🙏. I appreciate how welcoming the staff are, in particular Elizabeth, Roberto, Shannon, Mateen, Linette.
I especially love the aqua aerobics classes!
Excellent instructors! I feel like I get a really good workout.
I'd gone to the Central Y, which is much closer to me, but they have moved the classes I went to to the indoor pool vs outdoor.

Could use some equipment for these classes.
I use the wellness center only. I like the equipment, facilities and the support staff.
The classes are great but why don't I hear about canceled classes like most of my classmates do??
