I like is community based and demographic is wide ranges. I like the exercises classes but the only feedback is please hire or recruit more male instructors for classes. we need male instructors for exercise class to encourage male participants.

It is unfortunate that the eGym is SO, SO poorly managed that sometimes I can’t use it because people can’t use it properly and don’t understand it is a circuit. Some of the handicapped and special needs people should use other machines. This problem continues because the Y is determined to be all inclusive and none of the staff will help with the problem and say sorry or be patient and that isn’t working!!!

I love the Pilates Reformer, aqua fitness and egym. The Y is missing out on a lot of potential revenue by not communicating Pilates Reformer info more effectively to members and to the broader YMCA network.
