Spacious and bright main firtness area with generally enough machines so there is no waiting. Staff is friendly. There are lots of classes. Facility is clean and not smelly.

There seems t0 be a good variety of activities for all ages, as well as times. Variety of equipment. The exercise area looks out to a beautiful park and that is vey relaxing to look at while you workout.

I love the table tennis and the people there. I like the weight room and the fact that it is open later than Palo Alto on Fridays.

The staff and trainers. Always friendly, helpful, informed.

The values, especially inclusion. I feel proud that our YMCA welcomes everyone as members and staff. We don't lower standards. We lift everyone up.
