Modern facility. Has all the equipment that I need. I can connect my account and Electronically bring up any exercises I want. And it’s not too crowded.

What do you like about our [en]programs and activities[/en][es]programa y actividades[/es]?

I like the morning workout sessions as well as the selection of gym equipment. I strongly recomment acquiring a hammer strength bench press. It allows for a safer/ different upper body workout. Maybe you could look into this machine, all other gyms seem to have one. Thank you. Love the Y!

The El Camino YMCA has created the best of two worlds for me - it has created a wonderful community where it is easy to make friends while participating in various sports and dancing activities.

I like Pilates classes. They really make you work. I also like the swimming classes. The pool is very cold but it's still good. Also I like the feldencristclasses with Tom I always feel great after that class.

The gym is great, always clean and the staff are amazing! Cudos to Roberto who is always friendly, but the rest of the people at Y are terrific!!

I love the Aqua aerobics classes. I appreciate the variety of teachers, daily choice of schedules. I also enjoy the friendly atmosphere among patrons and staff.

I have been a member of the Y for over 20 year. I rely heavily on the Y to enhance my quality of life and help balance it in the backdrop of a stressful job.

Also the Y is doing a wonderful job of keeping the facilities open while implementing measures to decrease risk of COVID-19 exposure.

love the eGym. Love that there is such a variety of patrons - from rock hard jocks to noisy families to centenarians who still have what it takes. No matter what state of fitness or age, there is something for me and I can feel at home.
