I love your Body Combat, CXWorks, and Body Attack classes. I’d love to see more Les Mills classes on the schedule.
Instructors, extensive options, aqua fitness classes, and location.
The Y contributes to Mountain View's strong sense of community--diverse, accepting, wellness oriented! Thanks.
I love playing basketball on Saturday morning with the Breakfast Club crew and take your Yoga classes too.
I really enjoy the classes and I appreciate the kid's club. My favorite classes are vinyasa yoga and zumba.
Yoga, Pilates, Mind in Motion
I enjoy the wide variety or cardio equipment and find the open weight area more welcoming than most gyms, and I especially like the quiet stretching room. Most of all, I like the upbeat and cheerful staff and atmosphere there.
The Y has a great “vibe”
Staff & instructors are friendly & helpful.
Sense of family, sense of being known (and missed if I don't show up!)
Great people. Comfortable, clean space. Makes me feel great to go there?!
Child care room.
Good child care and quality/variety of classes
Group exercises, staff members
The Y offers a lot of variety of classes to fit many tastes. The extracurricular classes for kids and adults as well as seasonal events are great. Most of all the child watch is above par. The women working in the childcare program are awesome. My kids have all loved it.
Good variety! Great instructors.
The different classes that are available.
I love the Y and all it offers.
The YMCA is a great place! Highly recommend! Very family oriented. It's like a small community, everyone knows everyone.
Weight room. Quality of staff.
I like the varied programming and getting to choose from so many different locations and still getting a quality experience wherever I go.
Great classes and facilities
I like the variety of classes and the amazing quality of the instructors.
I like the general atmosphere and wonderful equipment at the gymnasium. It would be even better, however, if improvements are made to the men’s locker room particularly the shower area.
I mainly workout at the Y, using the stretching room and the weight/machine room. I have occasionally swam in the pool. Those areas meet all my requirements. From what I can see, I'm using only a small portion of what the Y has to offer. So, if I ever decide to branch out into other activities, it appears there'll be something for me.
Not enough experience with your programs and activities to render an opinion. Just getting started. Proximity is a big factor and the range from Pool to machines and classes is also attractive.
Family Orientated. The Y offers something for every age group
You have 2 hours for drop kids at kids club , not like other y only give 1.5 hours. It really makes me relax. The family programs provite variety activities, much more choices than other Y. The facilities is great and new. Makes me feel good when work out. Only one not good is the pool. Only outdoor pool not kids pool indoor.
A very large variety of activities and programs available to everyone.
Pool, gym, group exercise, personal training, swimming lessons, basketball leagues, summer camps, after school day care facilities, etc

Excellent group class instructors.
