eGym is awesome, I get a good workout that is based on my ability. After 2 weeks, I feel that I am starting to develop strength in many muscle groups. The advanced Aqua aerobics classes are remarkably enjoyable. I wish there are advanced aqua aerobics classes on the weekends.
New cardio and weight machines are great. I really appreciate Hugh quality guidance from staff at gym. I also appreciate the variety of exercise classes offered.

Please buy bigger balance balls for tall people like me:) The balance balls are often flat and I sit on them and fall to the ground!

The Pilates classes are great. I confess I do not use the gym nearly enough.
Convenient location and hours, clean facilities and helpful staff.
The Y provides more than just workout equipment. I like using the gym to shoot baskets or play pickup games, swimming at the pool and summer programs for my son (in addition to the after-school care at my son's elementary school).
