I like all Doods classes. She’s absolutely the best instructor. She never have the same boring routine exercise moves like all the other instructors. She makes the classes fun and challenging. I miss her classes when I’m away or when she’s on vacation.

There are programs for every age and for a wide variety of sports and exercise classes. It seems very family oriented which I like. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I enjoy Doods in Yoga/pilates twice a week. I am also a long time Masters swimmer and swim about 3 times a week. The people at the El Camino Y are really nice and friendly!

Could you please add a few more options in the late afternoon, evenings, and weekends (for working folks) specifically Body Flow and Body Pump.

location is convenient, workout rooms are well appointed, crowds can be avoided, staff is friendly and helpful and the cost is reasonable.

Patty’s Aqua size for Arthritis is a game changer! Great music, challenging workout. Always brings in a bit of latest research on ‘aging’ and health 😉
Aquatic staff is very friendly
Open Basketball gym and Saturday morning basketball breakfast club are my top activities and programs. I also enjoy the opportunity to take Yoga classes.

- I love the flow yoga on Wednesday mornings.
- My son goes to the swimming lessons on Mon & Wed afternoon, I wish he had the same teacher so they would new how he is progressing (usually not the case at the moment).
- Please consider having a regular morning pilates class with Susi, she is really great and her classes are relaxing and a great workout.

they are varied and tuned to my needs.
Close to my home, pleasant cardio room with lots of light and no bad smell, friendly staff, generally enough machines for everyone, space for stretching, variety of classes, good policies allowing kids to work out as well.
