My favorite classes at the Y in Mtn View are: Meditation, Nia Dance and Feldenkrais. I also enjoy using the weight lifting machines. My husband loves the Masters (swim) program.

Facility is open for many hours and offers a lot of options. It is very clean, has friendly staff, and I love the eGym, too.

Love the fitness center. Friendly, inviting. not intimidating. Helpful staff. Love the new combination lockers.

Efficient, clean. I also love the group exercise classes . They are AWSOME and so professional for different needs.

The pool is nice and swim lessons + family swim have worked well for kids.

The Y is close to our home. Aqua aerobics are my favorite exercise and the classes are convenient and for the most part, well taught with lots of variety.

I like the wide variety of programs available. I also like how friendly and helpful the staff is. And I really appreciate seeing staff with different abilities being employed. Great job!

Love the vibe here, the kids club, and the smiling faces. And since the construction on the parking lot began, I have no trouble finding a parking spot. Can we keep the valet!??!?!?! :)

3pm aquatics EXCEPT for the incredibly loud music. I happen to have extra sensitive hearing, however, even folks with hearing loss comment on it, but noone dares tell Patti :-(

I should like to try the water yoga, and also the Freidenktreitz(sp?)
