The simple answer is that I like the abilities, professionalism and commitment of your instructors. They are the main reason I attend the Y and why I would recommend others to join.
I attend Two weekly Pilates classes with Celine, three Aerobics with Jackie and Jennifer
And recently started to attend the Friday 12:30 aerobics class with two instructors.
Celine is a solid professional who has the skill to diagnose specific issues and provide the right pilates moves to overcome the challenges we bring to class. She is amazing and my favorite instructor at the Y.
Jackie and Jennifer are excellent. They consistently deliver excellent classes and ensure we that we get a quality workout.
The Friday 12:30 aerobics class is the toughest class I take and really challenges me. Both instructors are excellent and provide an intense workout.
I have only attended the Fit and Flexible Group. It is just right for my condition. The instructor it excellent and the exercises are exercises and duration good. I have used the bicycles several times and will start the Aqua Aerobics tomorrow.
Good programs for seniors. Clean, light, pleasant surroundings. Nice people.
Warm, friendly atmosphere. help when needed.
I like the various group exercise classes. I like the big window rooms, and the all over cleanliness. People are nice,it is always a pleasure to attend a class.
Water Pilates and water Zumba. I love Sue Skulina and her caring pain free classes.

This Y makes you feel like you are at an exclusive spa (great sauna, hi tek weight room, fitness classes galore, etc) but also makes you feel like All Are Welcome in this place. I love sharing my gym with the regular folks who also use it. I don't have to talk to anybody and I still feel an almost protective sense of community.

The quality of the equipment, the beautiful surroundings, the friendly, helpful staff, the wellness program.

Evening options
Great facility. Just one feedback. It will be nice to have more space in your weight room floor to do bodyweight exercises like pushups, mountain climbers, burpees etc. We often are doing a circuit with weights and bodyweight exercises but dont have much space for the latter.
Love kids club and kids activities. Would be nice if there was “open pool family time” where no lanes and just recreational pool use. E.g 1-5pm on sat and Sunday.
I think Celine's Pilates Matt class followed by the meditation is fabulous.
The only suggestion is to improve the swim instructors. Last fall the instructors were very unprepared and not enthusiastic. I was very disappointed. I hope you have better instructors this time
Variety
Wonderful facility! Friendly & helpful staff. Bathroom and shower areas are clean. I haven’t taken any of the classes but the facility is wonderful compared to other Y’s I visited.
I like to breadth of programs and opportunities to workout, play sports, and meet great people.
Clean, comprehensive facilities; communications re: traffic/utilization.
The pool is great. Facilities are clean and updated. Doods, masseuse, is FANTASTIC!

Family friendly, activities for everyone

I especially like the coffee in the morning and T and the staff is very helpful. It is just too expensive for the average senior citizen $79 a month is way more then 24 hour fitness. It would be nice if they adjusted the price and made their hours longer. Something like till midnight open would be better.
