The most important thing to me is that the staffs are very friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful. Recently, I have had financial issues and l was looking for a way not withdrawing my membership. And , then I presented myself in person with my financial situation. My issue was resolved and I kept my membership. And also, the East valley YMCA is clean and I do not afraid to take my kids with me.
Hard working and helpful staff, diligent swimming teachers. We are just glad to have YMCA east valley near our home. Thank you folks.

Friendly staff and instructors. There is a good variety of classes. Love the Yoga classes and Circuit Fitness class. However, it would be nice to see another form of aerobic dance exercise class other than Zumba. One that includes a full body workout with more instruction. (Example: include a 5 min warmup, 30 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of standing or floor body toning work, 5 minute cooldown).
