Beautiful building and great instructores.
I come twice a week to exercise. Today, as I was doing an exercise that took a lot of effort, a man who was using an exercise bike clapped his hands and gave me a thumbs up. I felt so encouraged, I did an extra rep. That's what I like about the Y - the people who are there as a community.
I like the kids basketball program working out at the gym and taking a swim in the pool

The community , staff, my coach Shue Maui excellent, fun, loving, kind, sweet, caring, very welcoming, not judgmental just very sensitive and warm. The members and facilities are off the hook .

Clean, well organized fitness facility. I particularly enjoy visiting this YMCA for their expansive array of weight machines. I was also happy to see the addition of Sunday afternoon hours, which I attended for the first time this past weekend.
