Darrin Kaiser reached out to me in the effort to assure me of the fact that Superior Plus Propane is concerned with customer service and with the problems that I have been having. This meant a great deal with me. Although I did have initial reservations about Superior Plus Propane, I came away with the thought that these types of problems were isolated. Moving forward, I plan to continue using Superior Plus Propane. .

I love the online account registration so that I can pay my bill online. I called with a question about a bill and got very good customer service. I have been very pleased with all of my interactions with them.
