The guy who placed the tank was awesome, you need more guys like him. He knows his business and gave good advice on how to connect my flat iron griddle to my house new gas line connections.

Working with Tina has been a blessing. I had to bring my plumber's office manager into a conference call with Tina to determine who installed first, the plumber with the gas lines, or the propane tank. Ended up being the gas lines install had to be first, but I appreciate the patience to walk the plumber's office through what had to happen.

Jeremy came out initially and then to install the tank. He was professional, on time, and very helpful. Even had a remote with him and was able to add that on. Online payments and my 1st delivery request were all quick and easy. The delivery person was also friendly.

I am not sure if I have answered this survey earlier or not. I was waiting for the delivery - Though the whole process took a little while (good we didn't have an emergency) it went well and we have no complaints ... Gentleman who did the assessment was thorough and answered all our questions. He noted that our name had been spelled incorrectly and tried to correct it. I noticed in one location on your site that it still is has not been corrected..trusting it will get there soon.

The team work from the application the home office the corporate office, all are not just professional but more importantly patient with me when I was trying to explain and give answers I didn’t understand about what I needed.
