Jason is always friendly and very knowledgeable about our gas products. The gas delivery man is friendly and helpful with getting appointments set up.

Now,about the office in Lugoff - I give a score of 1! You have closed the office to walk in people! Also they don’t answer the phone calls. I tried for 3 days to get through to set up an appointment to work on our gas logs. The web site wouldn’t let me log in either! Please open that office back up!

Everything except where my delivery bills are left! LOL! The first time it was left on the windshield of a guest's car and blew off in the driveway where it was thankfully found! This time it was left on the front porch step where it could have been blown off and I would not have noticed it! Otherwise your service is great! if possible from now on, could the bill be left hanging on my front door knob?

Nice to not have to think about my supply. I do wish there was more transparency on pricing and when would be a good time for a consumer to purchase propane/refill.

I just have gas logs for my fireplace w=/remote and I love it

Happy with the service and the propane. However, when calling to schedule a delivery I've had to hold at least 70 minutes each time I've called in the past few months before I get to speak to a representative. I've also submitted inquiries online and those have been answered fairly quickly so I'll go that route from now on. Thank you so much for the heat. :)

Always very sincere about service repairs and delivery. Been with you guys a long time and gave info to neighbors when they moved in. God Bless and Have a safe Christmas.

good response to refueling requests. Friendly people on the phone. One area that I think would be a nice change is the way you all come up with estimated fuel to be added when we give you our current tank percentage. Invariably the quantity is not close to the amount precharged on our card and we either end up with a overcharge or additional payment that should be settled. Why not just have authorization from customer to charge the exact amount of the fill up after the fact?

The delivery person was great along with the trainee. Smooth delivery with no problems
