A real person who speaks clearly answers the phone, and I don't have to try to make a computer understand what I need. Persons sent to my house have been very helpful, and I'm not charged $95 to read the amount of propane in my tank, especially when I didn't ask for that service (I know how to do that myself). Your representative checked for leaks, one was found and repaired. A friend of mine who was unsatisfied with her company (same as I had previously) changed to your company with my encouragement. Your company was recommended on a community computer group site.
The owner is not afraid to call you back if he has any issues getting in touch with his service tech and he is knowledgeable too.

I am pleased that you serviced our place yesterday .... I am wondering though if the driver checked the two tanks on the side of the house that service our generator. Our generator has run several times since your last visit - twice for more than 6 hours. Those tanks do not have a device to let you know how full the tanks are. The ticket does not indicate how many tanks were topped off. When power goes out, the generator is our power resource. We have a disabled person here, so it is quite important.
Please check with him. Ticket only shows one meter.
