I really enjoy the Y - I enjoy and appreciate it so much that when considering relocating to another part of the state, the Y was an important factor in my decision to stay put.
That being said, there are a couple of things I wish management would do differently.
1) The towel service was such an outstanding feature - I understand that there was a theft problem, but certainly there are alternatives to the (unfortunately) failed honor system. How about leasing a $50/year "towel token" that can be exchanged for a towel by one of the people at the front desk, and then returned to the owner upon return of the towel? If that idea isn't workable, I wish you folks would put on your thinking caps and come up with something. Dragging towels in and out of the house every day is a pain.
2) The swimming pool lap lanes are too cold! You keep them colder for a small minority of swimmers. This seems bass-ackwards. Why not cater to the majority instead of a small minority? Every person I've spoken to over the years about lap lane temps wishes they were a little warmer.
Pickle ball and pool
Everyone is super friendly. Great hours. Pricing for what all is included is great. Group classes are amazing, when I can get to them! Love that day care is provided during certain hours so that Im able to attend classes. Really great atmosphere
I look forward every day to waking up to see my Y family in the morning. We have such a great group of people who start their day off at 5am and are genuinely excited to see each other. It would be nice to get some fans on the gym floor during classes. That would put my experience over the top.
Friendly, clean, many options to getting fit!
I love how clean and organized the facility always is and all the programs and classes available. The friendly staff and easy check in are top notch. Two concerns that I have are the men’s steam room doesn’t put out quite enough steam and the showers could have more water pressure. Overall it is a great place to visit and enjoy. Thanks for maintaining such a nice environment

Kids are out of control upstairs.
Pool exercise, hope you don’t lower the pool temperature as it can affect us oldsters, we have less body fat directly under the skin hence are feeling colder as we age. Please put a door on the ladies locker room entrance, it gets colder in there in cold weather, we are wet after pool activities, thanks

I love the facilities and people are super friendly. I know a lot of people that would love to join but the cost is just more than they can afford. I know you offer so much but many people will not use all you have so the cost is just to high for them.
I enjoy the convenience in being able to play paddleball just about any time of the day. The staff is always very welcoming and at least one person welcomes you when you come in to register for your workout.

I like the hours & the option of the 24/7 room. I love the facility & all the options it provides. The staff is great, too.
Took my son there to play basketball on a Wednesday evening. Not know it was men’s basketball league night. One of the workers went out of her way to find us a racquetball court and I was able to practice dribbling and passing drills with my son. She even went out of her to blow up our basketball which was a little short on air:)
Great experience!
I enjoy swimming in the lap lane. I also use the track upstairs & some of the machines. The employees are friendly & will always go out of their way to make things right if something is not.
