Caroline Willard is the most professional personal trainer I have ever worked with. Caroline is a great listener and has developed a training plan for me based on my needs and goals. She has a written plan for each training session but makes adjustments as necessary. With Caroline's assistance, I feel better than I have in many years.
Everything.. the Staff .. the Steam room is amazing therapy.. lots of awesome programs.. I’m glad there is a heavy bag available
Friendly staff and great equipment
The staff of the Y and the facilities of the Y have always been a great place since we started coming back in April. The only reason it wasn't a 10 is that I might not recommend it to everyone as the cost of entry could be considered a little high, but the services that are provided once you are a member easily match and make it a great deal overall! Thank you for all of the hard work you do for our community!

The kindness!! People are friendly. The entire place is extremely clean!! The pool area is my favorite place and the main reason I go to the Y. It's also a social time as I meet new people every time I am there. I also like how staff will help me get started on what machines I can use safely and in the pool how Rob encourages me to start slowly and work back to where I was in the past.

Excellent facility to get an old body back in shape or at least maintain what is left. Appreciate when I can walk out with what I came in with. Nice place also for socializing and even get STEAMED UP about after drowning my thoughts in the swirling pool water. And what a nice place to track walk. Almost feel like I am going in circles!!!! And good inexpensive parking facility even though no valet. All in all...Thumbs Up.
Facilities are fantastic. None like the Y. Unbelievable everything the Y offers at a great price.

I come to the Y because of the sauna, for how clean the dressing room/ showers are kept. Great free classes are always offered and lots of treadmills.

I LOVE 24-7. I use this always- even during normal hours. It is an environment I enjoy because it is much quieter and I don't like to work out in front of a bunch of people. lol
I love the staff - they ALWAYS greet us every-time we check in. This is so important. And they usually say goodbye too!
I love the options of lockers, the sauna and steam room.
Suggestions: If possible - in the women's rest room -PLEASE TURN DOWN the heat - it is so hot in there. When you shower, you sweat getting dressed. I have asked up front, and do commonly hear complaints from the women in this area. I know it may be difficult due to the pool, can they open the small windows with fans to let fresh cool air in. THIS WOULD BE SO WELCOMED!
Also, can you leave a remote to change channels in the 24-7 when after hours?
Will you consider bringing towels back - I would even pay a small fee to have fresh towels to shower, I always forget to bring one.
I LOVE "our" Y. I workout at least 5-6 days per week. I won't buy workout equipment at home because the environment is motivating. I have been on a consistent work out streak since January 2022. I have never felt better, and I look forward to hitting the gym. It is a great way to start a day or end your day. I see so many different people trying to get healthy, and it has kept me encouraged to continue with staying fit. Thank you for everything you do for our community!

I have found the staff to be polite, friendly and helpful. The same goes for other members, everyone seems to accommodating and easygoing. Having a wide variety of workout options is great, in addition to the indoor track for year round use.

I only use the pool in water aerobics but I love it!

I love the Bay City Y! My favorite is the 24 hour area. The only thing I would love to see changed is policing of the children on the treadmills/weight area. I don't want to see them get hurt.
