I really like the facility and the staff. My only complaint is that there are not towels any longer. When I used to belong. Dow Bay Area YMCA I used to get a towel. It was helpful to have an addition to my own towels.
Free friend Friday! The kids loved the new water features in the pool and the slide being open. Lifeguards were doing a great job nicely reinforcing the rules. :)
Flexibility of hours (especially with the 24-hour fitness center), lots of equipment, great staff, clean facilities.

The classes offered are great; I personally take from Chuck Cusick, Linda Flues and Tom Spa who are excellent instructors. They make exercise fun.

The friendly staff. The facility is clean. The availability either a personal workout OR take a fun class that you might like instead. The outdoor courts are also a nice feature. I love going there and seeing people taking advantage of all of these things!!

Everything! Starting with a smiling welcome that leads you to an unlimited and very clean environent for living a healthy life style.
I love the friendly staff greeting you when you arrive and the familiar faces of people you meet along the way of getting healthy. Anytime of day your workout can get interrupted (in a good way) by conversation with gym friends.
I mostly come to Chuck's exercise class and to walk on the track upstairs. I like the stretching exercises and the friendliness of Chuck and the other participants in the class.
