Since Mike and his incredible team took over the store, the difference is incredible. You are given access to people who love to ride, have a ton of knowledge about cycling, bicycles, roads, teams and products, and they are always open to questions and willing to research if need be to support your specific inquiry. The owner also owns two other locations under different names in Merrick and RVC, so if the local shop doesn't have what you need, he can likely find it at one of the other shops. The service, consideration and kindness are paramount and you will leave filled with information about your purchase and not just fluff. A promise.

I want to start by saying thank-you!! I didn't get a chance to have my bike tuned up for this season. I was at the shop for a race packet pick up and asked if someone could take a look at my bike. The answer was yes. After an inspection by the service department, my bike needed a facelift. In less than 24 hours, my bike was ready and when I took it out for a test drive, I was extremely pleased with how it rode. Thank-you again for the excellent customer service.
