I called first and spoke to a very nice young gentleman. Upon arriving at the store I was lucky enough to have that person help me with my bicycle. I had aleady told him my concerns with an arthritic knee. He was very prepared to help adjust my seat again and again until I was comfortable. I was so happy with the service, we bought a second bicycle for my daughter!!
