There are three areas that separates Merrick Bike Shop from their competition. Customer service, product knowledge, and pricing. I have purchased 2 bikes, accessories and have 2 additional bikes tuned up. Each time I am there, I am impressed as if it wa sky first time.

Excellent customer service
I called up to see if your had a set of gravel bars in stock. I mentioned that I had called another store and the only gravel bars they had were about $450. 😲 I didn't want to spend that much. When I was told you had only 1 set and for only $70 I was very pleasantly surprised. 😃 I went straight down to check them out. Surprised to find out they were made by Zipp and for only $70 I said "I'll take em". I put them on and finished installing everything else. Going to try them out on a July 4th gravel ride. Thanks again. It was a pleasure doing business with Merrick Bicycle.
