I brought my son's bicycle in to be repaired he was two and a half years old when he started riding this two-wheeler that was almost 30 years ago 10 years ago Adam passed away from a very rare cancer we kept the bike in his memory and over the years it got a little rusty and the tires got deflated so I brought bicycle to have it restored they did the best job they could and we are very thankful the bike looks great and we're going to keep it and hopefully pass it on to his brother's children. Merrick bicycle took the extra time to get everything working as best as possible I would highly recommend this bicycle store over any other

My wife and I were looking for new bicycle helmets and we lucked out to have an employee, Luke, who knew the difference among the helmets offered. We both ended up purchasing the proper helmets for us. Also, since we haven't ridden our bikes in a few years, we decided to have them serviced and were happy with the work provided.

I’ve been using Merrick Bicycles since they’ve opened pretty much and they’ve always had great service and great bikes. The first bike I bought from them was a Fuji. It was stolen unfortunately. I loved that bike. Then I bought a Felt road bike, then I bought another Fuji. And I just went there today to buy my son his first good bike. He loves it. We bring our bikes there for servicing regularly, and they have even been great with servicing bikes that I bought elsewhere. I had this weird Taga bicycle that I bought on Kickstarter that they help me with quite a bit, and when I bought a folding bike online and I need it to get it professionally put together to have the warranty hold, and I was under a time constraint because I wanted to take it on the train he next day, they were able to fit in and get everything together in time. I’m also very grateful to them for being one of the first supporters of our bike-to-work parades when we were still holding them. They donated $500 towards the parade to help support advocacy for safe biking infrastructure on Long Island.
