Excellent customer service and helped us get the bike into the car.
I went into Long Beach Bicycles Sunday morning to buy a bike for my son and was immediately greeted by Warren and all the staff there. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. Warren immediately showed me the bike my son wanted and he took the bike down and told my son to take it outside and test ride it. When my son came back he told me he loved the bike and Warren made the process very simple and enjoyable. I payed for the bike and one of the gentlemen helped get it in my car. Warren was so nice and helpful and very easy to talk to. I will definately recommend Long Beach Bicycle to everyone I know. Great experience and once again Warren was amazing. Thank you to all at long beach bicycle. I will be back for all my bike needs going forward.

I recently purchased a bicycle from Long Beach Bicycles for my daughter's 10th birthday. My experience with Long Beach Bike Shop was very positive. The service was top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. The bike that I purchased for my daughter was absolutely beautiful and it was well-equipped with the best components and accessories. My daughter literally couldn't wait to jump onto her new bike when she got home with it and go to the playground to meet her friend.

Art was very helpful and showed us very friendly service. There was no pressure when we were looking and making decision. And they did not try to upsell us. When we picked up the bikes they assisted and showed us how to uses the bike rack and proper mounting of the bike.
