He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and got the part I needed shipped to his store in record time. He was great keeping me informed on the status of my order. They have a large selection of bicycles and gear and they can custom order if needed. I cannot say enough great things about Merrick Bicycles!

I feel welcome at the store. The staff makes you feel supported and comfortable. Some bike stores make you feel like an outsider or undermine you if you have less experience. This team truly meets you where you are, explores options, doesn't push products or unnecessary bike procedures to rack up a hefty bill. If they don't have what you need, they will look at their other location or help you find whatever you need, whatever price point you have. The change of store owner here years ago has had a huge impact on our local cycling community. They remember you, care about kids and safety, and just make the whole experience positive. I strongly recommend them!
