I LOVE this shop. My bike purchase was hands down the best gift to myself ever! All the guys at the shop are so enthusiastic about cycling and bikes. It's. SO FUN to go to the shop and learn about modifications I can make to my baby and to chit-chat. Such an awesome crew. I'm a total amateur and they all make me feel like I am part of the cycle world, and also has made me feel like I'm part of the Long Beach community. I can't wait to buy my head and tail lights, and fat tires for winter and mountain biking!!!!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I ordered a bike online, and once it arrived and was assembled, they called me right away to schedule pickup. During assembly, they noticed the back fender was damaged and immediately contacted me to explain the situation. They took the initiative to reach out to the vendor, ordered a replacement part, and followed through exactly as promised, calling me when everything was ready.
When I picked up the bike, I was very impressed with how clean and organized the shop was. The staff was friendly, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions. I would absolutely shop here again—this is a place you can truly trust.

I did not use the shop for service. I stopped in for product information on the Cannondale synapse carbon five. These guys were really on top of their game. They offered great information in detail and the shop is kept organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this shop

When I called and when I went to the store the customer service was very good. The man behind the counter and who I spoke to on phone was very helpful and he was very nice to talk to about the bike my son wanted. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend.
Jackson and the other gentleman in the repair area (forgive for not remembering his name) were extremely friendly and kind. Because of them, this bike shop is top notch. I’ll be back, no doubt.

I spoke with Dan. He was very polite and personable. The team was prompt in picking up and dropping off my snowblower that needed to be serviced. Dan explained everything and went over certain features on the machine when he dropped it off. They were also flexible and accomadating in scheduling the drop off.
