The people who work there act like a family. It's really nice in that they work together and if one person can't help you in a moment then the other person will and you get to know the people there and it's it's nice. They really do everything they can to bend over backwards even when they're busy

I have yet to find a service/maintenance person that is not knowledgeable about the vehicle being serviced which is why, among other reasons, I have my vehicles serviced at Don Franklin Hyundai (2024 Venue) and Don Franklin Nissan (2015 Altima). I give exceptional praise to Emily as a sales representative for listening to my intent as a current lease holder and my future options for either purchasing the 2024 Venue I am currently leasing or leasing/purchasing a Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL FWD when my current lease expires.
