Both experiences with Dr. Gerber have been positive. Dr. Gerber is thorough with his explanations of procedures performed and/or to be performed. He provides explicit details of the previous and asks questions to ensure your understanding of the procedures and medications he prescribes. I appreciate his professionalism, care and concern.

I was called by A. Zanno wanting copies of my insurance emailed to her at Email address removed
When I got to the office, the receptionist said they wanted my insurance and ID. I showed her the email I sent. Her reply was, “I don’t know who that is!”
Even though I brought my insurance cards along, we are talking about my personal information, and I don’t know who received it by email…. Very concerning!
