He is friendly, and we have a good rapport. He answers questions and explains. He looked at my history, past tests and ordered new and different ones to get the big picture and see things from different angles before giving his opinion. I was referred by a primary care doctor and very glad to now be with Dr Chavin. I had past urologists. One who was hard to talk to, condescending and did not explain, another who scared you and wanted to jump right away to doing more biopsies.
The office was easy to locate and park, the staff is professional and courtious. My wait time was spot on and I was directed to my exam room without delay. Dr. Chavin was showed that he was concerned with my issues and answered all of my questions and offered suggestions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing Urological help.
