After meeting Dr. Chavin for the first time I was very, very impressed! He was very caring and friendly. He actually listened to everything I had to say. He came up with a plan and he was very reassuring and confident that we would figure things out. He explained things in detail and answered all of my questions. I walked into the office, nervous and confused and walked out calm and confident. I would highly recommend Dr. Grant Chavin and his staff! Feeling blessed that we found them!

Best at listening to the patient
Dr Chavin is very personable, patient focused and easily approachable. His manner is both professional and unpretentious. I would recommend Dr. Chavin to others.
On the other hand, the receptionist appeared unfocused and unfriendly. Perhaps she was having a stressful day. At one point, I saw one of the assistants hush one of the patients that was trying to get her attention while she finished her conversation unrelated to office matters.
