Dr. Gerber is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. Prior to my surgery, he made sure I completely understood the procedure and all risks. There was no pressure in the office visit to hurry up as he took the time to make sure both my wife and I were completely satisfied, fully understood what to expect both during and post-op and that we had no further questions. In addition, he quickly answered questions I left on the portal. I gave Dr. Gerber the highest rating possible because he deserves that rating.

Communication and professionalism
Nicole was very pleasant and it was comfortable to talk to her. I would have thought the topic of Men's health could make some men uncomfortable speaking with women. However, speaking with her in the telehealth call felt like speaking with a female friend over the phone. Nicole's conversation was comfortable and focused, addressing all the information I wanted to discuss without feeling rushed during the visit. I would recommend Nicole.
