This is the place to go for all your bicycling needs, Great service, very friendly and very quick turn around on repairs ! I highly recommend this shop !! Nice inventory as well.
They hooked me with a nice set of rims and had the bike ready to ride ahead of time.

Those working in the store know bicycles and are helpful with suggestions for upgrades or accessories. I would give the store a 10 if I lived in St. Joe. But we live some distance away so convenience of location becomes a factor.

I called several bike shops in Southwest Michigan to inquire about a particular brand and model -- all were authorized dealers. Every bike shop said, "Nope, we don't have that model." But only St. Joseph's Bicycle said, "We don't have that one, but we could order it for you. What color would you like?" Within a week, I was pedaling away on my new bike. Thank you for your great customer service!

What do you like about our products and services?

The service: "hey, can you please fix this for me?". "Sure thing, we'll call you when ready". Next day, it is ready and the price is completely fair, the bike is clean and the folks in the store are smiling and obviously happy to be here! I never think twice about where to get my gears and where to take my bike for service, and I don't even shop around to look for the best price. I value their service a lot more than that!
