What do you like about our products and services?

The service: "hey, can you please fix this for me?". "Sure thing, we'll call you when ready". Next day, it is ready and the price is completely fair, the bike is clean and the folks in the store are smiling and obviously happy to be here! I never think twice about where to get my gears and where to take my bike for service, and I don't even shop around to look for the best price. I value their service a lot more than that!

All the staff were so friendly. They didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing much about bikes. They worked very fast, and went above and beyond to get my bike in good shape. I even noticed my bike looked like someone had cleaned it. My bike runs much smoother now.

We came in close to closing time. We were not rushed. They took the time to find the perfect bike for me, set it up with accessories and explained everything. I could not be more pleased with the service received.
