Those working in the store know bicycles and are helpful with suggestions for upgrades or accessories. I would give the store a 10 if I lived in St. Joe. But we live some distance away so convenience of location becomes a factor.

But only St. Joseph's Bicycle said, "We don't have that one, but we could order it for you. What color would you like?" Within a week, I was pedaling away on my new bike.
