I have been eyeballing my next Townie Electra bike online. This would be my fourth in about 20 years. Starting with a single speed to a 3 speed to a 7 speed and now wanting an electric bike. I definitely wanted to spend my money locally so I went in to look at them and was pleasantly surprised to save $300 by buying from here.
Devin was great help in showing me all the features and answering all of my questions. I love my new bike!

Devin was very helpful and efficient in preparing my Trek for the upcoming bycycling season.

I came in with a dinosaur of a road bike and a wicked back ache. Chris spent a huge amount of time with me, going over options on how to make adjustments to my outdated bike, even digging through old supplies to come up with a plan to get me back in the saddle, and in less pain. I almost went to a larger shop because I assumed there would be more options, but I’m so glad I took a chance on this shop closer to home. I was never pressured into swapping my old bike out for a new ride or changing out any of my older equipment for shiny new products. If it turns out that the adjustments we made won’t help my old back, it’s not for Chris’ lack of trying. He seemed to happily accept the challenge.

Trek bikes are the best and Chris is knowledgeable about Treks and other the other products he sells. (We bought Trek Verve’s and a Thule rack.) Would definitely buy from St. Joseph Bicycle Company again.
