I love Joy! She is so great with my kiddo and she knows her stuff! She is able to take what I say and make sense of it and cut my son’s hair in just the way I imagined it! She’s also is very good at making him feel at ease. The check in process is always quick and the wait is never too long. But mostly I just think Joy is a wonderful person with a beautiful smile and a kind heart. She’s really the reason why we come to Floyd’s <3
