Everyone is great. I am not crazy about the on line booking. Doesn’t always make it through. Why have an account and password before you can use it? Other than that my experience has always been outstanding.
I like everything about the service. Including the best part the hot towel during winter and the cold towel for the summer. What a way to start the work day.

The hair stylist I had did a great job on my beard. She was also very knowledgeable about questions I asked her about my hair. She also took her time and did good shaving my head with her foil trimmer.

As soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere was great! Solid music, interesting wallpaper, barbers talking friendly with their clients. I also enjoyed the more open area feel so it wasn’t too claustrophobic in there. My barber, Federico, was excellent and made me feel like I’d been going there for years! Thank you.
The hair stylist who did my hair was very animated, and helped me find a better style than I initially went in with. She gave me advice on how to help my dry scalp, and helped my understand how to style my hair at home on my own.
Joy is the best! We love her!
