Joy is amazing, it’s like hanging out with your friend every two weeks. Professionally, she offers ideas on my fade when I ask for advice. The barbershop provides an awesome atmosphere and every employee I’ve ever encountered was happy and helpful. People can do that once or twice unless you’re one of their regulars. However, at Floyd’s on Mopac, they genuinely care and willingly help. It’s a pleasure to get a haircut there and I recommend the barbershop to everyone that comments on my fade, lol.

I go to Floyd's exclusively. Whether Mopar or Lamar, vibes are good, massage is helpful after scissors or buzzer have been near your head. Willing to listen to ypur style. Only one I've had an issue with is a gentleman who talked a lot turned a 20 min cut in 50 mins. While good cut a cool dude I was on lunch had to cut short even though I wanted a little more off on bangs cause I had to get back to work....literally only complaint I've had coming for 5 years.

Floyd's has always had stylists who are always sure to give you what you want especially when you KNOW what you want! Never go into ANY barber or stylist without knowing exactly what it is you want. They are professionals, not psychics. It is 2026. The internet exists. Find a reference photo and tell your stylist what it is what you want!
